She claims to be an amateur, but a quick glance at her videos may have viewers thinking differently. On her Facebook page, "Ochi" says she started posting tutorials to her YouTube page back in 2011. Since then, she's amassed over 600,000 followers and some 73 million page views. When she speaks, her viewers listen. The recipes she whips up at her own home are promptly imitated in kitchens all over the globe.
Ochi's most popular video (nearing 3.5 million views) was released 2 years ago, but it still has the people talking. It's a 3-ingredient recipe for Japanese cotton cheesecake. All that's required are 3 eggs, 4.3 oz of white chocolate, and 4.3 oz of softened cream cheese. The cheesecake should take about an hour to prepare/cook and serves six.
