Ice cream is the perfect summer treat, but it can be such a hassle to make yourself. In the video below, Gemma Stafford shares her secret to quick and easy homemade ice cream that requires just two base ingredients (plus whatever your favorite mix-ins are for flavors!) and can be made without a machine. This recipe is so incredibly simple, you can easily whip up a selection of your favorite flavors in one sitting!

Gemma Stafford runs a Youtube channel called 'Bigger Bolder Baking,' and her philosophy is that baking shouldn't have to be difficult. Every one of Gemma's recipes is something that you can make with basic items that almost everyone already keeps in the kitchen. If you're looking for a simple recipe with delectable results, Gemma's your gal!

The base of Gemma's ice cream recipe requires nothing more than sweetened condensed milk and whipping cream - it's seriously that simple. Gemma makes six different flavors in the video below: Strawberry Cheesecake, Honeycomb, Cookies & Cream, Mango, Rainbow Cake, and Birthday Cake. If none of these strike you, you can follow the same process for creating your own unique flavors! Any fruit puree would work great in place of mango, and you could combine fruit purees for a more dynamic flavor like peach and pineapple or raspberry and blackberry! The possibilities are truly endless, so don't be afraid to experiment!

What do you think of Gemma's homemade ice cream recipe? Do you have any other tricks for no-machine ice cream? Share your tips and tricks in the comments below!
