Awhile back, Brooke from What's Up Moms taught viewers how to make DIY slime. However, many folks wanted to know if there was an alternative to her "recipe" that didn't feature borax (according to momsAWARE, it's a potential health hazard that shouldn't be ingested, making it a bit risky as an ingredient in a child's toy). Therefore, Brooke's back with an updated DIY featuring only Elmer's Glue, food coloring, and liquid starch.

The finished product looks like a colorful, slimy ball of fun! As Brooke mentions, this DIY is perfect for sensory play time (and it's pretty fun to look at too). Would you ever give this project a shot at home? Sound off in the comments below and make sure to share if you found it as creative as we did.
