To many of us, this just looks like a crowded wave pool full of families escaping the summer heat. However, the lifeguard on duty sees something much scarier when she gazes out upon the water. reports that every day, two children under the age of 14 die from unintentional drowning. Therefore, it goes without saying how important these lifeguards are in keeping our kids safe during their summertime swims.
