There's nothing better than watching someone have a priceless reaction, especially when that "someone" is a mother who hasn't seen her daughter in over three years. On the popular
Irish TV show The Late Late Show, host Ryan Tubridy interviews a mother and her son in the audience and asks Mom what it's been like being away from her daughter Sarah for such long time. I can't imagine not seeing my mom for over three years, which is why I was so impressed by how well the mom in this video holds it together while explaining her situation to Tubridy. While the whole back-story about her daughter isn't given, it seems as though Sarah has been in the U.S. and hasn't been able to make it back to Ireland in years.
According to this video's YouTube description, Tubridy had planned to surprise four families that night by reuniting them with loved ones who've been abroad. The segment in this video shows the emotional reunion between Sarah and her family. I absolutely loved watching the reaction on the mother's face; it brought tears to my eyes just thinking of how overjoyed she must've felt at that moment. There are definitely some loved ones in my life that I'm dying to see again, and when I do, I doubt my response will be much different from this mother's.
