Singing in front of people who can help you determine your future in entertainment may seem like an impossible task. But in The Voice Kids Australia, that exact scenario is performed by hundreds of children. And not all of them succeed.

It takes a lot of things to really hit it out of the park in an audition. First you have to have the raw talent. Not everyone can sing, and those who can practice for hours and hours to make sure they keep their skills sharp.

Another big part of the process is song choice. Choosing the wrong song for you can be a big misstep. You have to sing one that you have practiced to death, as well as one that really captures your personality. There are many people who are great singers who do not catch their break for these reasons.

Molly hit the mark on all of these. When she stepped out on that stage and belted the Casey Chambers classic "Am I Not Pretty Enough," the judges were instantly captivated. What did you think of her performance?
