The cast iron pan is extremely versatile in the kitchen and can be used for an abundance of different recipes. It may be a pain to clean properly, but it's durable, efficient, and can last for a lifetime. It's perfect for stir fries, omelets, and fried foods. It can be used for cobblers and pies and other such desserts - there's really nothing it can't do. So when we came across this video from the folks at Howcast, we knew we had to share. In it, chef and media personality Joel Gamoran instructs viewers on how to make the perfect deep dish pizza using a cast iron pan. It's surprisingly easy, and you're able to add any ingredients you want. When it comes out of the oven it is pure perfection.
